Design

The design phase includes two activities: feasibility analysis of each and every product in response to client requirements, and the actual design of the 3D/2D model of the moulds. We use VisiCad as design support.

Once the 3D project files have been checked and approved by clients, we create high-speed machine processing programs. We use OpenMind/Hypermill as CAM.

L’elevata esperienza specifica e l’ossessione per la precisione del nostro personale ci peromettono di completare a regola d’arte ogni progetto. Siamo anche in grado di offrire diversi livelli di lucidatura superficiale (fino alla lappatura a specchio). Invece, per le lavorazioni a laser, ci appoggiamo ad un collaboratore esterno.
